On 3/31/16 we lost a very dear and special man, husband, father, and friend to many. After an extremely long battle with multiple sclerosis, congestive heart failure, heart disease, and cancer, John H. Hothem, at the age of 74, left us to go be with God in Heaven. We can not express the amount of thanks and appreciation to the staff’s at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Autlman Hospital, and especially for the tremendous knowledgeable treatment, care, and concern that John and the entire family received while his last remaining weeks were spent at the Bethany Nursing Home in Canton Ohio.
