Mound City Missouri ’16

The Fully Loaded Team ended up with a dual third place finish for the two day mound City Missouri Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Event. This left the team having an 8 point lead over T.CO.B (310) who currently holds the second place position in the end of year points race followed closely by Lessons Learned (300), MMG 1000 (290), and Runin Bare (290) to finish out the top five.

The tractor didn’t run super well the first night, and after some checking the team found that the front drive hub that runs the fuel, oil, and msd system had come loose and broke free from its intended location! After correcting that issues and running the valves to ensure proper adjustment the team headed then to the track in an attempt to get another win under their belt! The second night the track was a good track but a very tricky one. The team decided to try a “cross track” approach which proved to work out somewhat, but just not quite good enough, landing the team with yet another third place finish! The work to get the tractor back together with the front drive shaft issue paid off, but we didn’t go quite far enough to take the win.
The next event for the team will be a two day pull in Freeport Illinois for the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Midwest Summer Nationals, Thursday July 7th and Friday July 8th.
